The Farm at Eagle’s Ridge // Brian and Kaitlyn

In such an intimate setting at the Farm at Eagles Ridge in Lancaster, PA, one could not but help feel the love Brian and Kaitlyn shared with one another.  One of my favorite parts of a wedding day is when a couple unveils their love for one another (through their own written vows) in front of their family and friends.  There is just something about it that really shows just how much one means to the other.  With all of their close family and friends from far and near, these two celebrated a love that is so unique, one can only imagine what the future holds.  God blessed us with one of the best sunset sessions of the year, and you can easily tell from all the giggles (no coaching needed), how perfect these two are together.

Check out their trailer and some of our favorite video stills!  We were so honored to work with Brianna Wilbur Photography yet again!

Cescaphe Ballroom // Chad and Mari, Philadelphia Wedding Videography

Ahhh!  I don’t even know where to start!  Over the past few years, you always have those who truly support you in what you do.  For the last three years, I’ve been blessed to make what I love to do my full time job.  I mean really, I get so spend one of the happiest days of a couples life with them.  I film it, I capture it in a unique way, and get to show their story.
“Insert Chad and Mari”

I’ve known Chad for as long as I can remember.  We went to the same elementary school and all the way up through high school.  Chad produced one of the best, Best Man speeches I ever heard for AJ and Sheena’s wedding.  When Chad got engaged, he reached right out.  Originally, Chad and Mari hired me for their wedding photography, but after some debating, they decided they just couldn’t live without some videography.  I get this a lot.  Often times video is overlooked or is looked at as an additional expense.  When in reality, you have two ways of remembering your wedding day.  Video and Photo.  Both provide different sets of emotions that compliment one another so well.  Chad and Mari ended up hiring us to capture their wedding day on film, and Erin Keough Photography captured their photos (and they are incredible!!!).

Seriously, these two know how to have fun and enjoy themselves.  Their love for one another is incredible and it really puts a smile on my face to see such amazing people really enjoy their wedding and their love for one another.

In that, below is their feature film.  Let’s name it “My Good Friend Ronald Reagan”.

Enjoy some of our favorite video stills!

Riverdale Manor Wedding Videography // Ronnie and Shannon

So I’ve really been looking forward to blogging Ronnie and Shannon’s wedding day at Riverdale Manor.  Ronnie is a fellow film-maker and he simply kills it.  I mean, he’s incredible.  I’m going to be posting a lot of films in this blog post!
I met Ronnie online via Facebook through a few film groups and for about two years, we always talked camera nerd talk.  I love tech, especially when it comes to camera gear.  Last year, Ronnie entered a short film contest and ended up winning, which is simply incredible and his film can be seen here!  It was a complete honor to be asked to capture their wedding day.

In getting to know Ronnie, he is seriously one of the most caring guys you will ever meet, as you will see in their wedding film.  When Ronnie proposed to Shannon, he also captured it via video to create an incredible engagement proposal as well.

Ronnie and Shannon met on July 1, 2010 at Cornerstone Music Festival. Ronnie and his band had the opportunity to play a show at the festival and Shannon’s friend invited her to watch the band perform. Following the show, they met and spent the remainder of the day together. After a few months of phone calls, texting, and video chat via Skype, Ronnie devised a plan. He put together a care package for Shannon and made his way out to Illinois State University to surprise her. She found the care package that contained thoughtful gifts, each with a note. The final gift was a beautiful owl locket with a small note inside that ended by telling Shannon to open her door.
A little over 3 years later, Shannon was making her way to Ronnie’s for their annual winter visit. Unfortunately, Ronnie said he had to film a banquet for work and was unable to pick her up from the airport. Instead, his family picked her up for him. When she got to Ronnie’s, there was a small wrapped present containing a flash drive with a video and an amazing surprise in store.

Enter their wedding day.  Simply incredible.  The love shared between Ronnie and Shannon is insane.  Two of the most caring and nicest people I’ve ever had the chance to meet.  Hands Down.  It was incredible being able to capture a film.  Grab some tissues and enjoy.  Below the film are some of our favorite VIDEO stills from the day!

Linwood Estate Wedding // Alysia and Eddie

Linwood Estate Wedding

Alysia and Eddie are incredible. Every wedding I film, I fall more and more in love with couples who spill their heart out on film. I know it’s not an easy thing to do, but the two things you take away from your wedding day are your photographs and your wedding film. Being able to feel, hear and see the emotion you shared on your wedding day, is priceless.

It never ceases to amaze me what a little prayer will do on a wedding day. I was praying all day that the rain would hold off and for their Linwood Estate Wedding, it did. During the ceremony, there was a little sprinkle of rain during a moment of remembrance for their loved ones, and immediately after we were blessed with incredible light. Once we entered the reception, the flood gates opened it poured. With the portrait session under our belts, using the rain later in the night became an incredible opportunity.

We wish you the absolute best!

Tulpehocken Manor // Adam and Kirsten

Tulpehocken Manor Wedding Photography and Videography

I first met Adam and Kirsten at a small coffee shop in LVC. Now, I don’t drink coffee, but I love hot chocolate. Raspberry hot chocolate that is. Besides that, I had one of the best times getting to know them and hearing about their wedding at Tulpehocken Manor (a venue I’ve never shot at, but would love to shoot at again!). Fast forward and we met again for some final wedding details at Troeg’s Brewery in Hershey, PA. We talked beer, talked wedding and finalized the details that were important to them for their film. When we were talking, they expressed how they had written notes to one another over the years. A light went off and had to figure out some way to incorporate them into their wedding day. I mean seriously. Love notes since the start of college? Absolutely!

With no rain plan for the wedding ceremony, we prayed for no rain and were blessed with an incredible day. I kept hearing all day, that if a train behind the venue came rolling through, we would cease the ceremony for a minute or two until it passed. I don’t know what can magically change a train into an airplane, but a pilot graced us with his presence four times during the ceremony, which made for some smiles all around.

Working with Brittney Kreider Photography is always a blessin (she’s one of our favorites), and Adam and Kirsten’s day was no different. With every wedding we work, we find something that really emphasizes why I love filming weddings. With Adam and Kristen, it was easy. The genuine love they shared with not only one another, but with their family and friends as well. Two families becoming one.

We wish you the best!
