Pennsylvania Wedding Videography  // Carol, Robert and I met in 2014 with a huge thanks to their Wedding Planner Jonnaysa Kirkham with Planned Perfection out of Lancaster, PA.  In meeting Carol and Robert, they are seriously two of the kindest people you will ever meet.  As soon as I stepped into Carol’s house for her prep, I knew it was going to be a party.  Carmina Cristina had the girls set in some beautiful natural light for their makeup and the tunes were pumping as a TON of dancing occurred all morning long.  It didn’t stop there, it continued through the night at the reception!  After their ceremony in Camp Hill, PA, we headed to Wilson College for about 20 minutes for some portraits with the bridal party and some of the most perfect light I’ve seen in a long time!  Photographer Matthew Tennison from Tennison Photography was an absolute blast to work with.  Seriously, some of the best Pennsylvania Wedding Vendors in the state!!

We wish you the best Carol and Robert, you guys deserve it!

Lisa and Greg. The King and Queen of Trivia nights. Well, that’s probably in part because I wasn’t with them! Lisa and Greg are AWESOME. We met last year and our initial consult was over an hour and a half long. It was so easy to talk to them and get to know them, and their wedding day was just as fun (if not more). We had a meeting about two weeks before their wedding and the next day, I found out they stayed for Trivia night and ended up winning. Their York wedding took place at Heritage Hills!

Lisa is all about pink. From her dress, to shoes, to cake, to decor. Greg is all about Lisa. And. It. Is. A. Perfect. Fit.

Linwood Estate // Wedding // Pennsylvania and Maryland Wedding Videographer

Linwood Wedding Videographer and Photography

Over the past year, I’ve been wanting to be a part of a styled shoot.  For me, styled shoots not only give me a chance to work with some great vendors, but they also help me practice shooting a bit and try different techniques I can implement on the wedding day!  With that, 2015 is the year of finding light.  Every wedding, we will be finding light. Primarily for prep and for the portrait session.  My goal with every wedding is to make our couples look as great as we possibly can, and with the help of natural light, we are able to do just that.

Linwood Estate is for wedding videography.  It laid itself out for incredible prep shots along with some nice vintage detailed setups provided by Swoon Vintage Rentals out of Hummelstown, PA.
Kelli Wyland Photography set the shoot up and was nice enough to ask Matt Stambaugh Media  to be a part of the shoot at Linwood!  Makeup By Chelsea (who I highly recommend), was the make up artist for the day and Jenny’s Salon completed the Hair Styling.  It was awesome to not be in a pressured situation for shots, so I was able to talk with Chelsea about lighting for brides makeup, what works for them, and what works for me as well!  I love prep, both bride and groom.  Finding the light and the best background is the name of the game.  It really helps shape the subject.  The planning was completed by Details by V.  Flowers were done by Weddings & Blooms.  Leah’s work is simply incredible.  The bridal attire was provided by Taylor for You and the Tuxedos were provided by Patrizio Tuxedo.  The Sweets table was AWESOME and was completed by SweeTreats.  Big thanks to Unique Limousine for the transportation as well!  Stationary was completed by the one and only, Made to Keep.  Check out the quick video recap, the nice light, and a few of my favorite stills from the video!

Cork Factory Hotel // Wedding Videography

Frank and Cheryl,  we connected.   It’s like they were my long lost best friends.  I’m not sure how or why, but it’s awesome.  A few weeks ago, Frank and Cheryl were going to meet me at the Hotel Hershey for a meeting after an event I was shooting.  My phone died and I got it turned back on and read a text from Frank.  Cheryl was sick but he was still coming to meet me.  Long story, we ended up meeting at Houlihan’s in Hershey for a drink!  Before we ordered a drink, we realized we had already been there for over 45 minutes.

A week later, I was able to reconnect with Frank and Cheryl for a nice dinner at The Mill in Hershey (INCREDIBLE FOOD).  Two hours later, I knew all of the details and knew even more about them as a couple.  I don’t think I ever laughed so hard at a dinner table in a long time.

October 31, 2014 (Halloween).  Their wedding date.  I AM SO STOKED THAT THEY INCORPORATED IT INTO THEIR WEDDING DAY decor.  It was fun seeing all of the details from Cheryl’s shoes (custom painted by Wicked Addiction), to a special “spooky” drink (which will be shown in their full film).  The Cork Factory is EASILY one of my favorite venues to film at.  The natural light in the hotel rooms is top notch.  Not only do I love every couple who gets married here, but their staff and professionalism is on point.  I love the lighting we are able to achieve for toasts and dances and their set up is great!  My good friend Thomas Beaman was the Photographer (One of the best in Central Pennsylvania) and Jasmine Couture Cakery created one of the best candy tables I’ve ever seen!

Their ceremony was incredible, the fall sunset was incredible and celebrating with their family and friends created an amazing night that was fun filled.

I absolutely adore the both of you and I can’t wait to hang out, outside of weddings!!

Loved working with all of these amazing vendors!

Styled Wedding Shoot with Summerhouse Photography // York, PA Wedding Videographer

Trinity Walker from Summerhouse Photography (A wedding photographer based out of York, PA) asked me to be a part of her styled shoot. I was simply honored. She was filling me in on all of the details, but until I saw her creation with her own eyes, I didn’t quite know what to expect. Well, with all of her amazing frendors (vendor friends) and Trinity’s husband Kermit (Probably one of the coolest guys I know), they really put on a dream world in which I think TONS of brides can grab some inspiration from:)

And please, click here to check out Trinity’s work on the blog from the styled shoot!!
